Job Description UW Medicine Primary Care and Population Health - Harborview has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 2 - Panel Navigator . WORK SCHEDULE Full-time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week) This position is at the Adult Medicine Clinic in Harborview Medical Center Day Shift DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The Health/Panel Navigator is accountable for population health activities and tasks in the clinic which may include, but are not limited to the following: Enhance the patient experience through proactive engagement and outreach around wellness, preventative care and striving to improve the “global” patient experience.
