Validio is the agentic data management platform that automates data quality, lineage, and cataloging — so enterprises can finally trust the data behind their analytics, AI, and reporting. As a Design Engineer on our frontend team, you shape our core user experience — working closely with our Lead Frontend Engineer and Head of Product.
We don't have a separate design team; the product's experience is designed by the people who build it. AI tools now handle much of the repetitive boilerplate, so the job has shifted to what we should build and how it should behave. Because generating code is easy, the bar for good architecture, code quality, and maintainability is higher than ever — we don't blindly ship AI output.…
