Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates delivery of nursing care and sets nursing standards for patient care. Assesses professional growth of employees. Identifies needs and develops provisions to meet educational goals, utilizing internal and external educational resources. Hires, counsels and evaluates the performance of associates. Interviews and selects new employees. Maintains responsibility for 12 clinical hours per week as part of the department's core staffing plan.…
