About this role

Position Summary To be responsible for the overall coordination, collaboration, and direction of the entire patient care team during the shift covered to ensure effective and efficient delivery of healthcare services. Education Bachelor's degree in nursing required. Effective 12/1/11, all new hires will need to have a BSN as a minimum requirement or a master's degree in nursing. Current/valid State of New Jersey license (or legal permission to work from the State of New Jersey Board of Nursing). As of 06/01/2026 Magnet recognized national certification required. Experience Two to three years supervisory experience. Medical terminology and computer and keyboard skills required Skills Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nursing License. Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.…
