Position Summary Primary Clinical Duties and Responsibilities : In a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, contributes professional and clinical expertise to ensure the delivery of best-in-class care to hospitalized patients requiring neurological care Conduct comprehensive neurologic histories and physical exams on new admissions, consults and deteriorating patients Order and interpret neuroimaging (CT, MRI, EEG) and laboratory testing. Prescribe medications, perform procedures, such as lumbar puncture Attend and manage acute stroke codes throughout the hospital, including the ED, including ordering and administering thrombolytic agents.…
