About this role

POSITION SUMMARY: To perform intermittent direct or indirect hands-on patient care to meet the patient's needs in accordance with the plan of care and assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse. EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE: One year of current experience in a skilled nursing facility, home health agency, or proven proficiency. SPECIAL SKILLS: Completion of the State approved Home Health Aide Training course, Home Health Aide competency exam and certification through the New Jersey State Board of Nursing.
