Sobre el puesto:  Maximizar el valor del usuario desde su primer crédito hasta convertirse en un cliente habitual y rentable, en todos los productos y mercados donde Vana opera con un sistema de lifecycle escalable, data-driven y aumentado con IA. Responsabilidades principales:    Estrategia de ciclo de vida   Ejecución técnica en Customer.io IA aplicada a lifecycle Analytics y optimización Liderazgo y colaboración transversal Requerimos:  3–5 años en CRM, lifecycle o marketing automation en producto digital (fintech, neobancos, billeteras digitales o suscripción deseable). Historial demostrable de mejora de métricas de activación y retención con impacto en revenue. Experiencia liderando operación de own media multicanal, roadmap de experimentos y  en entornos multipaís en LatAm.…
