Job Title Flowcontroller II Job Description Functieomschrijving: FLOW CONTROLLER De Flowcontroller is verantwoordelijk voor het verhelpen van de eerstelijns verstoringen (systeemjams) aan het Vanderlande systeem van de opdrachtgever (Albert Heijn) en werkt in een 5 ploegendienst. Positie De Flowcontroller rapporteert aan de Shiftleader van het CM (Corrective Maintenance) team en wordt daarnaast functioneel aangestuurd door diens medewerkers. Kern resultaatgebieden De Flowcontroller is een startend medewerker die nog niet op alle gebiedslocaties inzetbaar is. Het is van belang dat hij de verscheidene systeemgebieden goed leert verkennen, zodat hij op een veilige en efficiënte wijze alle voorkomende eerstelijns verstoringen kan verhelpen en de flow garandeert.…
