JOB SUMMARY The Teller is the primary point of contact for customers visiting the branch to conduct transactions. They efficiently and effectively handle customer inquiries, transactions, and issues. The Teller seizes each opportunity for relationship growth. They remain informed, recognize potential needs for additional services, and successfully offer additional services either directly or through the Bank’s referral processes.
