CORE Duties: • Precept pharmacy students and residents in a non-supervisory role, when present. • Ensure that work areas are clean and safe according to applicable regulations. • Understand and enforce compliance with USP 797 and USP 800 regulations to include proper wear of barrier/protective clothing, beyond use dating, and aseptic technique. • Understand and ensure compliance with The Joint Commission regulations throughout the facility. • Manage patient-specific pharmacokinetic regimens to include vancomycin, anticoagulants, and aminoglycosides. • Assess metabolic needs and order therapeutic parenteral nutrition products.…
