About this role

We have a new need for a Registered Nurse - Urology Clinic at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Anchorage, Alaska Job Specific Details and Tasks: • Provide direct nursing care to patients receiving evaluation and treatment within the Urology Clinic. • Perform patient intake activities including obtaining vital signs, reviewing medical histories, verifying medications, and preparing patients for provider evaluation. • Assist urology providers during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including cystoscopy, catheter placement, prostate biopsy preparation, bladder instillation treatments, and other urologic interventions performed in the clinic setting. • Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and identify potential complications or adverse reactions.…
