Overview of the Role The Corporate Trainer is responsible for assessing the training needs of team members, developing tailored human skills training programs, delivering engaging training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. This role plays a critical part in enhancing team member overall performance and competency and supporting the organization’s strategic goal.
