Occupational Therapist - Tappahannock Hospital Outpatient - TTWP (12 Week Temporary Contract)

The Occupational Therapist TTWP job conducts evaluations on referred patients. This job plans and implements a comprehensive treatment program that includes discharge planning, patient/family education, and recommendations for follow-up or continued care. This job documents results of the OT evaluation and services provided in accordance with hospital and department guidelines. The Occupational Therapist TTWP job participates as a member of a self-directed departmental team as well as a member of an interdisciplinary patient care team.
