About this role

Purpose: Manage and lead the engineering team who is responsible for the definition, implementation and improvements of the manufacturing process to produce advanced and critical parts, to meet and exceed customer expectations. Strategize and implement technology roadmap to stay competitive. Ensure the optimization of engineering resources to increase effectiveness. The engineering team is the owner of quality, technology and cost of the parts produced by the factory. He/she will expect to lead the team for continuous improvement. Key Area of Responsibilities: Drives the engineering team on the execution and planning for new products (NPI), and related processes towards robust volume production.…
