About this role
In de ouderenzorg verandert er veel, en snel. De zorg wordt complexer, de arbeidsmarkt krapper en tegelijk willen we blijven investeren in goede huisvesting en verduurzaming. Dat kan alleen als we onze financiën niet achteraf verantwoorden, maar er vooruit op sturen. Daar draait deze rol om. We bouwen aan een organisatie die stuurt op rendement, gezonde kasstromen en investeringsruimte voor de toekomst — niet om winst te maken, maar om er ook over tien en twintig jaar te zijn voor bewoners en medewerkers.
