About this role

VEGA is seeking an HR Co-Op for the Fall 2026 to support our Human Resources department with a strong focus on HR-related projects. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience by working on a variety of HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement, onboarding, and process improvement projects. You will collaborate with HR team members and other departments to assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of key HR projects that align with organizational goals. What you’ll do: Conduct research, prepare reports, analyze data, coordinate project timelines, and support cross-functional teams in implementing HR solutions.
