Job Description: The Craft Recruiter is responsible for partnering with the Director of Talent to develop and execute strategies that attract top-tier construction craft talent, including both union and non-union professionals, across the Veit Enterprise. This position manages full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, selecting, and hiring for roles such as drivers, welders, diesel technicians, foremen , superintendents, general superintendents, and other key positions as needed. In addition, the Craft Recruiter actively engages in trade union, school, and community events, supports diversity, equity, and inclusion recruitment initiatives, and assists with the administration and implementation of HR policies and programs.…
