About this role

Vena Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support plant performance, reliability, compliance, and fault response across operating solar and BESS assets. The role provides practical electrical engineering support to the Operations team, including generator compliance, electrical systems performance monitoring, fault analysis, grid modelling support, and maintenance of technical records and power system documentation. We welcome applications from graduate engineers and early-career electrical engineers who are looking to build practical experience in renewable energy operations.
