About this role

Role As the Manager, Grid & Electrical Engineering , you will lead the electrical engineering scope for onshore wind and renewable energy projects in Japan. The role focuses on strengthening in-house EPC capabilities by delivering high-quality electrical design, grid integration, and project execution support. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements, while contributing technical expertise across development and construction phases. Responsibilities Lead detailed electrical design for wind and renewable projects, including grid connection, substations, and cable systems.
