Job Description 管理并带领团队完成区域内新客户开发,老客户维护,分销商日常管理和业务的拓展,扩大市场占有率,实现区域指定销售目标。 管理团队的日常标准工作建立和执行。 Key Responsibilities 带领团队完成该区域的销售业绩,包括设备,耗材,备件,服务和合同的正常签订。 分解和制定区域内每位成员的销售目标,销售计划,年度工作安排等。 通过可视化日常管理和标准工作管理团队,确保客户的清晰度和销售活动的有效性,避免丢失客户,提升销售团队的人均产能。 每周回顾区域内销售客户拜访安排、销售leads完成情况。以及按时完成区域内销售漏斗,销售预测,目视化看板的管理、更新、汇报。 管理区域内的应收账款和产品价格,提高回款账期,设备,耗材,备件销售额和毛利率。 管理团队成员按时填写和更新所有SFDC系统数据报告,确保及时性、完整性和准确性。 分销商业务合法合规。包括直销业务冲突管理,分销商之间的业务冲突管理,以及耗材业务的管理。 招募、发展和留住团队成员。 管理团队成员的工作表现,激励并提高销售团队凝聚力与执行力。 合理控制团队费用。 及时提供市场和客户反馈,以帮助公司可以优化产品,提高行业竞争优势。 确保团队内部的合规性。 At Veralto, we value diversity and the existence of similarities and differences, both visible and not, found in our workforce, workplace and throughout the markets we serve.…
