About this role
Job Purpose: Our Starch Baler will be responsible for mixing supplies to make adhesive for production requirements and recording the weight of all waste. Job Responsibilities: ● Periodically double-check measurements. ● Occasionally maintain and clean mechanisms. ● Operate baler. ● Bale all waste generated by corrugator as well as waste from trimmed roll stock. ● Drive forklift to pickup waste from various locations around the plant. ● Fill out waste report daily. ● Fill carrier and borax hopper when needed. ● Follow formula for mixing adhesive manually and monitor system when running on auto. ● Check starch parameters as to viscosity, gel temp, and temperature on finished batches and holding tanks. ● Record consumption data.…
