Hourly Rate: 31.26 Minimum Weekly Hours: 40 Reporting to the Manager, Building Services, this position provides assistance in the performance of regular maintenance and repairs on buildings, building systems and grounds maintenance. Duties Include : Assists with construction, repairs and maintenance of buildings and building systems including, but not limited to, HVAC servicing, plumbing systems, lighting (excluding repair of electrical systems), CAT 5 wiring, interior finishing and painting, general cleanup and grounds.…
