Job Description General Summary: As an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist, the Associate Director implements and executes recruitment strategies and programs to attract best in class talent for critical openings. Establishes effective partnerships with search specialists and hiring managers to create and manage talent pipelines, coordinate recruiting initiatives, and leverage relationships with third party search partners.
