WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Paralegal to support Viant’s Chief Legal Officer and corporate legal needs. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting corporate governance, managing corporate entities and securities law compliance, Board processes, overseeing employment-based immigration matters, helping to resolve equity plan administration questions, assisting with corporate insurance program management and partnering cross-functionally with teams across the business. You’ll help ensure the corporate Legal needs are met while supporting the company’s continued growth as a publicly traded technology company.…
