Job Description Position Summary: We’re looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on the shop floor and knows how to turn problems into process improvements. This role is focused on driving continuous improvement, supporting equipment and process reliability, and helping scale operations through lean principles and standardization.
