Job Description Position Scope: Lead the successful completion of the project lifecycle of engineering initiatives from conception to commercialization in the market. Able to manage larger, more complex projects independently. Responsibilities will encompass a broad range of tactical, managerial, and technical aspects, requiring strong leadership and communication skills, as well as an in-depth understanding of the Product Development Process and Victaulic’s product portfolio.
