Job Summary Under the supervision of the Director of Public Works or one of the department’s managers performs manual work of routine, unskilled, skilled, and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of public facilities, roads, fencing, landscape and equipment, and furnishings. Job Description • Must have HVAC and Plumbing experience. • Performs carpentry work, minor electrical work including replacing light bulbs, plumbing as needed, repairs facilities. • Informs supervisor when equipment and/or facilities require repair and/or maintenance. • Requests, receives and distributes for supplies and equipment and maintains inventory of supplies and equipment • Drives utility vehicles such as pick-up trucks, golf carts, etc. • May transport team members and supplies/materials.…
