About this role

DAS ERWARTET DICH... Du unterstützt unsere Projektleiter im Tagesgeschäft bei internen und Kundenprojekten. Du arbeitest bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Projektdokumentationen mit. Du übernimmst bei Bedarf die Kommunikation mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten. Du unterstützt beim Reporting und bei der Auswertung von Projektdaten. Du übernimmst weitere Assistenztätigkeiten (z.B. Terminorganisation, Protokollführung) und administrative Aufgaben bei Bedarf. FOLGENDES BRINGST DU MIT... Du bist eingeschriebener Studentin (*gn), idealerweise mit erster Büroerfahrung. Du hast erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängiger Bürosoftware (MS Office, insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint). Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus.…
