COTA California - Alameda, Elk Grove, Hayward, San Leandro, Santa Clara Contract Days $40-$46/hr Duties and Responsibilities: Execute Intervention Plans: Deliver hands-on therapy treatments created by the supervising OT to improve motor skills, cognition, coordination, and strength. ADL & IADL Retraining: Guide patients through self-care routines like dressing, bathing, eating, grooming, and household tasks using adaptive techniques. Train on Adaptive Equipment: Teach patients how to safely use assistive devices such as button hooks, sock aids, reachers, splints, and wheelchairs. Implement Therapeutic Activities: Lead customized exercises, sensory integration activities, fine motor tasks, or cognitive rehab exercises to support rehabilitation goals.…
