About this role
The purpose of the Production Assembler is to provide basic level assembly of product in line with company drawings, specifications, schematics and instructions to meet customer requirements. Maintains work area in a clean, orderly and safe fashion, reporting all safety issues to Production Supervisor. Documents all bill of material changes, additions, deletions, substitutions and errors on job documentation for correction in company product data base. Assembles product using drawings, sketches and instructions using proper components, tools while following safety rules for each job. Inspects components prior to assembly to assure a reliable quality product is being built. Completes assigned jobs on time and assists others as needed in completing production jobs on time.…
