About this role

Job Summary: The Manager, Assessment Development & Psychometrics, is a member of the Client Services management team, reporting to the Director, Assessment Services Operations. This role provides unified leadership over Alpine’s exam development and psychometric functions, managing a combined team of Psychometricians and Test Development Professionals. The Manager is responsible for the technical quality, validity, and professional rigor of exam content and psychometric processes and deliverables — while working in close partnership with the Manager, Assessment Operations, who oversees content operations, data operations, and Assessment Services project management.…
