The Platform is how that shows up day to day: modules spanning Print, Call Center, Virtual Mailroom, and Premium & Lockbox, built with an AI-assisted, 80/20 development model where AI handles the first draft and people handle the judgment. Software Developer I (Analyst) is an entry-level, hybrid seat on that team — combining foundational development work with the data and reporting responsibilities of an analyst.
