Position Summary... The Director, AI Upskilling leads enterprise initiatives that prepare Walmart associates for the future of work. This role builds scalable learning solutions that increase AI fluency, accelerate workforce capability, and expand career mobility through programs such as Associate-to-Technician and other skills-based pathways. Partnering across GTL, Walmart Academy, Talent, Operations, and business stakeholders, the director identifies workforce priorities and aligns learning strategies to business needs.
