Position Summary... This role enables AI governance compliance, specifically focused on technology enablement of compliance throughout an AI system's lifecycle. The role supports run time observability, testing and monitoring, and promotes standards for responsible AI use. This position translates evolving laws and regulations into identification of risks and design and deployment of controls. The role will embed compliance controls in technology, collaborate closely with engineering teams on AI governance technology design and deployment (and is an end user), define and design guardrails, continuously test and monitor, monitor key performance metrics, create, and drive continuous enhancements aligned with business objectives.
