Position Summary... What you'll do... Oversees installation and commissioning of HVAC/R systems, including ductwork, control panels, and building pneumatics. Leads diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues across commercial and industrial systems. Implements and monitors preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and reduce downtimes. Manages rack systems, walk-ins, reach-ins, and supermarket refrigeration units, ensuring optimal performance and compliance. Uses heavy machinery. Submits required written and electronic information (for example, expense vouchers, weekly summaries, work orders, maintenance logs).
