Position Summary... The Director, Workforce Planning and Transformation) shapes the future of the International organization. This leader designs and delivers AI-enabled, data-driven workforce strategies and operating models that improve cost structure, strengthen capability, and elevate decision quality across markets. This role owns the multi-year workforce transformation roadmap—translating business strategy into scalable and digitally enabled People operating models.
