Position Summary... What you'll do... Operates and monitors filling machinery in a dairy processing environment. Tracks and adjusts fill weights to meet bottle specifications. Oversees cap monitoring and capping, along with general product packaging. Cleans, sets up, operates, and monitors filling equipment. Performs all necessary quality checks and completes documentation for filling machinery. Records production and quality data. Conducts filler line changeovers. Adheres to all sanitation and quality policies and procedures. Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices. Ensures adherence to food safety and quality system requirements.
