Position Summary... As a member of the Store Management Team drives profitable sales through achievement of sales and profit goals, budget management and sales forecasts for the Food and Consumables departments. Leads and develops a team of hourly associates to deliver positive customer experience through friendly, helpful service and execution of store processes.
