Position Summary... What you'll do... Supervises associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, providing feedback and follow-up, and monitoring performance. Teaches and supports company policies and procedures and ensures compliance. Participates in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, job shadowing, technician certification, and evaluation of associates. Maintains quality and safety standards in assigned area of responsibility by ensuring the equipment, tools, and supplies used by associates are in proper working order and readily available at the start of each work shift.
