Position Summary... What you'll do... Key Responsibilities: Push gondolas through the production area, using shovels to collect trash and meat scraps, and deposit them into gondolas. Transport and empty gondolas into collection bins using lifters. Use handheld sprayers to apply denature to inedible meat, ensuring proper marking. Move hose carts to the production floor and connect high-pressure water hoses to designated water and chemical connections. Clean production lines and equipment thoroughly with high-pressure hoses and handheld sprayers; use scrub pads for spot cleaning. Obtain and maintain LOTO (Lock Out/Tag Out) authorized user status to ensure equipment is safely locked out during cleaning.…
