About this role

Position Summary... The Senior Manager of Search is responsible for operating, maintaining, and evolving the search platform and experience of the eCommerce business. He or she will help drive and support daily operational executional asks related to helping members find the items they’re looking for. They will work extensively and actively within our team and with our key stakeholders to drive a strategy to deliver a holistic and seamless online search & discovery experience. They will collaborate with our Digital Merchandising, Product, and Advertising Platform partners to ensure that search experiences are optimized, while supporting & implementing personalization algorithms and AI-assisted experiences to drive middle-funnel performance and the best member experience outcomes.…
