Position Summary... As the Senior Manager, Finance, you will lead financial planning and analysis for our Optical and Hearing businesses, partnering directly with Merchandise Business Partners to inform strategy and drive performance. You will own the financial models behind short- and long-range plans, test the assumptions that shape them, and translate the results into recommendations that guide business decisions. You will serve as a trusted finance voice to senior leadership, presenting complex analysis in clear, actionable terms.
