Position Summary... What you'll do... Role summary: As a Sr. Manager, My Metrics, you will own the strategic direction and execution of My Metrics for drivers on the Spark Driver platform. You will partner closely with Product, Analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to define the future of My Metrics and connect measures more directly to business KPIs. You will identify opportunities to evolve My Metrics into new business propositions, translate strategy into clear priorities, and communicate progress, risks, and impact to senior leadership while remaining closely connected to execution across the broader organization.
