Position Summary... What you'll do... Performs routine maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures by following established maintenance schedules and guidelines. Inspects, cleans, and repairs equipment. Observes and documents signs of wear and tear. Recommends repair needs. Determines replacement needs. Documents maintenance activities. Performs major and minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures and oversees work of less-experienced associates by determining scopes of work for projects.
