Position Summary... What you'll do... This position is a developmental leadership role designed to prepare associates for potential Store Manager opportunities within the Walmart US store operations environment. The Emerging Store Manager (ESM) will train and develop across many areas of store operations, including merchandising, people leadership, financial management, customer experience, and community engagement. The ESM role does not carry any guaranteed timeframe; however, the developmental assignment is expected to last no longer than 12 to 18 months.
