As the Senior Manager, Resource Strategy & Planning, you will be the architect of how we deploy our most critical asset — our people — to capture growth across markets. You will own the source of truth for resource analytics, build the business cases that frame our biggest investment decisions, and translate workforce data into the strategic insights that shape our organization. You will operate at the intersection of resource strategy, financial analytics, and organizational design — partnering closely with Finance, People, International Markets, and Sam’s Club Connect to ensure we have the right capabilities in the right places to win.
