Alaska Waste , a Waste Connections company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Soldotna, AK! We are looking for a new team member to assist in fielding calls and helping customers daily. Schedule will be 8 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. With a 30-minute lunch each day. Pay will be $22.00 an hour depending on experience. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes & demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems. Interviews customers and records interview information into computer for customer service, talks with customers by phone and in person, to receive orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service.…
