Alaska Waste , a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety conscious Lead Driver to join our team in Sitka, AK! The schedule will be Monday to Friday, 5am or 8am depending on the day. 8-9 hours a day. With some required weekend work. The starting rate for a CDL or Non-CDL holding applicant will be $32.00 to $37.00 per hour depending on experience. We are also offering a Stay on Bonus of $5,000, paid out within your first year of employment. In addition to performing driving and transfer station duties, the Lead Driver is responsible for providing personnel supervision and development, including training, scheduling, coaching, safety leadership, and fostering positive employee morale.…
