About this role
A Day in the Life The Recruiter is an integral part of the People Ops team, developing a unique, impeccable strategy to fill positions in a variety of locations across North America. A typical day will kick off with replying to emails and messages from candidates and hiring managers. You will attend a daily team standup in the morning, then it’s down to the business of full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through the candidate’s first week. Your day will be filled with conducting first-round phone screens, coordinating interviews, meeting with hiring managers to discuss their job openings, answering candidate questions, and helping to maintain clean and up-to-date recruitment data.
