Job Description Summary: Engineering Manager This position is expected to successfully lead a team to drive regional and local goals on product design, localization, and sustaining engineering. This position is based in Ningbo China and reports to China Operations Director. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Leads Ningbo engineering team to closely work with marketing, sales, production, quality, and sourcing teams for new product development from design, validation to mass production. Takes lead on design and its optimization of product with short time-to-market at competitive cost. Ensures design quality by complying the procedures in all design and development activities and using critical six-sigma tools like VOC, DOE, DFX, with sharp mind-set of six-sigma design or concurrent engineering.…
